Behaviour Protocols

Step-by-step behaviour protocols for ages 5–12

Each challenge features a guided sequence of structured protocols, built around one specific repeated friction point your child faces. Not theory. Not inspiration. Repeatable tools you run at home.

How it works

Each sequence follows the same structure

1

Identify the problem

Focus, frustration, independence, or confidence. Pick the challenge your family faces now.

2

Run the session

5–7 minute guided audio. Your child listens. You follow the parent response script. No prep needed.

3

Track the shift

After each session, rate the outcome. The system adapts. You see measurable behavioural changes over 12 sessions.

4

Repeat and reinforce

Once the sequence is complete, the tools stay. Use the standalone audio and parent response scripts whenever the moment returns.

Training areas
